CA CDG 017 LLC shall have the unobstructed and exclusive right to erect, construct, replace, reconstruct, install, maintain, operate an electricity grid-connected photovoltaic solar power plant, initially expected to have a total generating capacity rated at approximatelx 18,400 kilowatts as measured on the AC side of the inverter, and all related equipment, apparatus, accessories, works and appurtenances thereto, including without limitation.
